GO-TO FLAVOR BOMB SALAD

Recipe is vegan

Ingredients:

1 head lettuce, chopped

2 large handfuls of arugula or spinach

1 medium tomato, chopped

1/2 a cucumber, diced

1 green onion, diced

handful of cilantro, minced

1/4 cup sea veggie dulse

1/2 an avocado, diced

for the dressing

3 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup

1 heaping tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Directions:

  1. Place the lettuce greens, tomato, cucumber, green onion and cilantro into a large salad bowl. Tear sea veggie dulse into the salad as well.

  2. Mash the avocado in a separate bowl into guacamole texture. Scoop and top over salad. Top with a little more diced avocado if desired.

  3. Once the avocado mash is on the salad, use the separate bowl you used to mash the avocado to stir together the maple syrup, mustard, and ACV into a fine dressing. Pour over salad and ENJOY!
