Our Farm Crew and Philosophy
Each of our crew members came to us and came to our Land looking for a meaningful, caring and fulfilling farm to work on.
We have never once advertised for an open crew position and have always tailored our farm to fit the needs of those who show up.
We are INCREDIBLY lucky to have such an amazing crew: Hannah and Calvin. Cheers to them!
Calvin is joining the Winterfell crew in the 2024 season as Beth’s new apprentice with the Organic Vegetable Farm Manager apprenticeship program!
His favorite veggie is: sweet potatoes!
Hannah completed her 2-year apprenticeship with Winterfell Acres at the end of the 2023 season. In 2024, she is coming back as manager to assist Beth in running the farm. She also has an Herbal CSA add-on with us!
Her favorite veggie is: onions!
