Our Farm Crew and Philosophy
Each of our crew members came to us and came to our Land looking for a meaningful, caring and fulfilling farm to work on.
We have never once advertised for an open crew position and have always tailored our farm to fit the needs of those who show up.
Calvin joined the Winterfell crew in the 2024 season as Beth’s new apprentice with the Organic Vegetable Farm Manager apprenticeship program!
His favorite veggie is: sweet potatoes!
Hannah was on our farm for 3 years (2 as an apprentice and 1 as a manager) and we are excited to support her and her husband Sam as they find their dream farm!
Her favorite veggie is: onions!
