Take an exploratory journey with Bethanee to cultivate more joy and wholeness in your life!

In this 75 minute remote session, I will open up sacred space and we will explore what is keeping you from living your life as joyfully and authentically as possible at this time.

We might explore via talking, tracking, divination, energetic clearing, expansion and gentle capacity building, power animal retrieval and other energetic healing modalities.

This exploratory session is for someone who wants to dip their toes into what shamanic healing can offer them and serves as a way to open the pathway for deeper healing work, if desired.

Shamanic practitioners work on the subtle, energetic and non-physical levels of your body to alleviate ethereal, but nevertheless real, issues and challenges that can present themselves in our lives.

These issues can manifest as a physical illness, emotional traumas and/or personal imbalances. Most illnesses have roots of spiritual origins. Oftentimes, physical symptoms are the body’s last option to try to get our attention after ignoring other symptoms. With shamanic healing, we go straight to the energetic and spiritual core of the issue, not just alleviate the physical or psychological symptoms.

Most clients find one to three sessions is all they need to feel better for a specific while
others find the work important to incorporate into their monthly or annual wellness plan. There truly is a lifetime of lessons and healing available to each of us.

Shamanic healing is very virtual-friendly and most sessions can be done remotely!

I follow a strict code of ethics formulated over the years by myself, my Spirit Team and the Society for Shamanic Practice which you can read more about HERE. I only do healing work for people, animals and places that I have explicit permission to work with. If you are unsure if you can have appropriate permission, please reach out to me and we can discuss.

I also have a limited scholarship program for those who need assistance paying for their sessions.

To best prepare yourself and make the most out of this session, please spend some time journaling on the following questions:

•    Why are you seeking out shamanic support at this time?

•    What isn’t working in my life? 


•    What feels out of balance? 


•    What is missing or what have I lost that I want to reclaim? 


•    Are there unhealthy patterns in my life that I keep repeating? 


•    Are there people in my life which I have an unhealthy relationship with? 


•    Are there places in my body that I regularly feel pain in? 


•    Are there repeating themes in my ancestry that I am also repeating? 


•    What is keeping me from greater wholeness, authenticity and happiness?

This is the core practice that I have cultivated and do daily to help me ground, anchor and embody so I can consciously show up each day for my myself, my family and in my work. And I want to share it with you!

In this multi-faceted, 15 minute meditation practice, you will learn to build a connection to the heart of Mother Earth and the heart of Father Sun to help you feel more resourced and embodied in daily life. This is a great base to claim your energetic sovereignty as well.
