NAPA CABBAGE SALAD WITH BUTTERMILK DRESSING

I love a good cream-based dressing, especially the slight sourness imparted from buttermilk. You can also use the dressing on any other salad you might make!
Ingredients:
Salad:
1-2 Napa cabbages, chopped roughly
A bunch of radishes and/or turnips, diced
1 green garlic stalk, finely diced
Dressing:
½ cup well-shaken buttermilk
2 TBSP mayo
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP sugar (optional)
1 green garlic stalk or scallion, finely diced
3 TBSP fresh chives, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Whisk together (or shake in a mason jar) all dressing ingredients. Toss salad ingredients with dressing.
