CREAMY CHERRY TOMATOES WITH PISTACHIOS

Serves 4
Takes 15 minutes
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons whole fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon whole milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to season
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to season
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs (chives and basil work best)
4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup roughly chopped toasted pistachios
Directions:
In a small bowl (or mason jar), whisk together sour cream, yogurt, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and herbs. Pour over tomatoes and toss to coat.
Add toasted pistachios just before serving. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy at room temperature.
