This is an unguided 20 minute drumming track with calling in and drumming out for your own shamanic journeys!

When I learned to shamanic journey 15 years ago, my life changed! Suddenly, I realized that I have helping spirits who are so willing to help me and were just waiting to be asked. There are helping spirits waiting to know and help you too!

I recorded this track in my healing space with my favorite healing drum to help you drop into THETA brain wave awareness that makes shamanic journeying easeful.
