Basic Bacon Dry Cure

Ingredients:

• Fine Sea Salt

• Demerara Sugar (it’s the best, but you can use others)

Method:

• Combine salt & sugar in a 6:4 salt:sugar ratio

• Apply cure to meats - just what will stick to cures is enough to cure it
