Garlicky Kale Chips
1 large bunch kale
1 t garlic powder
1 T fine sea salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease two large baking sheets with a bit of butter.
Trim kale stems and cut or tear leaves into 2-3" pieces. Arrange kale in a single layer on the baking sheets. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Bake for 15 minutes until crispy and slight brown on the edges. Noms!
